Ankit is an experienced professional with 11+ years of experience of managing a broad clientele including Real Estate Developers, Infrastructure Owners & Contractors, Hotels, Asset Managers (PE and NBFC) and Quick Service Restaurants. By qualification, Ankit is an MBA in Technology and Marketing, with an Engineering degree.

He has extensive experience in driving operational excellence and risk management initiatives for a portfolio of real estate and infrastructure projects, across the investment lifecycle from discovery, diligence and post transaction asset monitoring.
He has supported developers and asset owners to scale and operate efficiently through design of enterprise vision documents, technology roadmaps, customer and user experience design, organization structure, policy formulation, and process maps as well as leading implementation programs through coaching and program management.

He has led change management programs and BCP activations in rapidly evolving ecosystem resulting from macro drivers, such as Covid-19 response and planning for change in work environment, as well as changes in regulator environment (such as change in labor laws, RERA etc.)
