Silvija Vig is a consultant, trainer, lecturer, and author in the field of Ethics and Compliance, Behavioral Ethics, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption.

She has a Ph.D. in Business Ethics, Faculty of Economics, Zagreb, Croatia, and she is an author of the book “Business Ethics – How to develop authentic leadership and build a culture of happy and engaged employees with ethics and compliance programs” – the first book in Croatian that explains in detail the implementation of effective ethics and compliance programs. Since 2009 she has lectured two courses at the University of Zagreb, and she was visiting lecturer for the postgraduate study at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb for thirteen years.

Moreover, Mrs. Vig is a certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer and Auditor, and ISO 37301 Lead Implementer, in addition to being CCEP-I – Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International, and LPEC – Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance. Furthermore, she is CTT Certified – Cultural Transformation Consultant, as well as an NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner Coach, and Executive Coach.

Silvija Vig is a member of the Commission for Combat Corruption and Corporate Social Responsibility of the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Croatia and an expert of the Regional Anti-corruption Initiative – RAI.
