He is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Valuer of Securities & Financial Assets. His geographical experience includes clientele based in India, US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Europe, Africa and Middle East markets.

He is empanelled as an Arbitrator on Preolv360, CORD and SAMA. He focuses on Commercial, Contractual, Maritime, Banking, Shareholder, Valuation and Anti-Trust Disputes.

His experience includes –

Dispute Advisory – He supports global dispute cases for valuation, damage quantification, expert report and testimony, forensic accounting and managed document review. He has acted as an Expert in domestic as well International Arbitration matters under the Rules of SIAC, LCIA and AAA.

Forensic Investigations – He conducts investigations related to banking frauds, insolvency cases, corporate white collar crimes, bid-rigging, bribery and corruption cases (including (FCPA, UKBA and SAPIN II) and data theft cases. As a proactive support, he also helps clients conducting fraud risk assessments and diagnostic reviews and developing robust policies and procedures documents. He has conducted various ABAC related investigations, webinars and training.

Risk and Corporate Governance – He has led multiple assignments in corporate governance & risk, IA effectiveness study, SOX, IFC, SOP and data analytics. He has over seven years of experience in serving clients in the FMCG, retail & consumer products sectors. He has helped assess client maturity levels through bench marking practices in the area of risk, controls and accounting. He has advised multiple boards on corporate governance and risk framework.

Financial Advisory – He has conducted various due diligence and valuations. He has also supported clients as regards pre and post investment solutions.

Transformation Advisory – He has led multiple finance transformation and GST transformation projects for his clients.
